After Enrolling for Aadhaar by giving your demographic and biometric details you would have received Aadhaar paper card by post from UIDAI. Apart from that card you can also download PDF version (E-Aadhaar File) of the same from UIDAI portal https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/eaadhaar. This pdf version of your Aadhaar is called e-Aadhaar file. You can save this to your computer or phone and upload to www.aadhaarsmartcard.com to order for Aadhaar Smart/PVC cards.
You can visit https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/eaadhaar to download e-Aadhaar pdf file. If you have Aadhaar number already and your mobile number is linked to Aadhaar then you can select Aadhaar option.

Yes, if you have been allocated the number but not received physical copy then you can use Enrolment receipt to download E-Aadhaar file.
Yes. You can upload multiple E-Aadhaar files in single order and also choose multiple copies of same card. At the time of uploading the file you can select the number of copies or you can use Edit button to change quantity after uploading.
Yes. If you have consent from the card holder you can upload the files on their behalf and place the order.
We use Indian Post to deliver your order. You will be provided with Tracking Details.
It will take about 1 or 2 days to process your order at our end and the courier services will take about 4 to 5 days to deliver to your address (For far interior places it will take more).

In case if you have lost/changed your mobile number then the only option is to update Mobile number with UIDAI and download after the mobile number is updated. Alternatively you can visit any Aadhaar Enrolment Center near your place and get the e-Aadhaar file by giving your biometric authentication and also update your Aadhaar with your current mobile number.
